Kenzie Renkert, LMP
Hello! My name is Kenzie and I was born and raised in Kirkland, Washington. I began my formal training and received my 650 hour certification at the Port Townsend School of Massage. I continued my education through a 300 hour specialist program in Traditional Thai Manual Therapies at the Naga Center in Portland, OR.
In becoming a massage therapist, I have found passion and resonance with a healing art that I truly love gifting to others. Bodywork is a language I have learned to speak, and I continue to learn more and more that enriches my work and the experiences of my clients. I enjoy helping people get to know themselves and their bodies more deeply through the experience of receiving massage. It brings me joy to be able to facilitate healing in this way. I believe each body is a portrait of the self. Our bodies hold our memories, our pain and joy, our histories, and our emotional and spiritual selves. Massage, for me, is a means to create flow in the body that allows multilayered levels of healing to occur that ripple throughout the self. It is an honor for me to do this work at Sorensen’s since September 2020!
