Often times we find ourselves going to the chiropractor because we are in pain. The goal of relief care is to reduce your symptoms. To do so you may be required to visit our office on a daily basis. For some it may mean visits two or three times a week.
Too often we wait until pain is evident to treat a problem. Our assumption is, “If I’m not in pain, nothing is wrong with me.” However, pain is a poor indicator of health. Oftentimes it is the last symptom to appear and only is manifested after a disease or condtion is in advanced stages.
Pain not only is the last symptom to appear, but it is also one of the first symptoms to disappear once chiropractic treatment has begun. Although the pain has subsided the underlying condition still remains and therefore is still in need of treatment.
