Once your pain has subsided it is necessary to continue your care. Although your symptoms are gone they can quickly return if your care stops after Relief Care.
During the correction phase of your care, you will not have to visit the office as often as you did during the first phase of care. In many cases you will be able to begin exercises and stretches recommended by Dr. Judd. These exercises can be done in the convienece of your own home and will help accelerate your healing.
You may experience mild flare ups in your symptoms. Do not let this discourage you. It is normal to experience these. Actually they are bound to occur because your body has not yet recovered fully. Depending on the severity of your injury or condition and how long you have been suffering from it, this phase of your care may last anywhere from a few months to a couple of years.
